Open the live funnel first. The redesign hangs on three things — intent, urgency, and being ready to pay.
The live version positions Bill Vampire as an emergency rescue kit: no bank login, see the result before signup, and a one-time $4.99 unlock the moment you need the scripts and proof files.

Paid Unlock
TL;DR
Bill Vampire started as a playful tracker. I rebuilt it into an emergency kit: high intent, no bank login, see results first, pay $4.99 only when the kit is worth it. Every step of the funnel is wired to a measurable signal.

1Commercial Design System
This isn't a visual refresh. It reframes the product around one urgent job, a low-friction preview, a clear one-time price, and analytics that show exactly where intent turns into payment.
AcquisitionProblem-first landingLead with the painful moment — surprise charge, trial renewal, or a service that's hard to cancel.
ActivationResults before accountLet users paste, upload, or speak before signup, so the product earns its keep early.
MonetizationOne-time rescue kitPackage the payment around urgency: cancel path, refund script, evidence list, reminder.

2Background & Motivation
A user who just got charged doesn't want a dashboard. They want the next action.
The original tracker had personality but weak commercial intent. So I cut the value prop from broad spending awareness down to one rescue flow: detect the charge, pick the emergency, generate the kit, then unlock the assets worth paying for.
Urgent rescue positioning
No-bank-login trust play
Pay only for the complete kit
Luxury gothic visuals make the emergency feel serious, memorable, and worth paying for.
3Funnel & Value Snapshot
A quick visual of where the product earns its keep — emergency segmentation, a clear free preview, and a paid kit that justifies itself.

5Design Challenges
- Move from entertainment to urgency without losing what made Bill Vampire stick in your head.
- Earn trust without bank access — by showing clear inputs, honest evidence handling, and a concrete next step.
- Make the $4.99 moment feel like a fair unlock, not a paywall that jumps you in the dark.
6Key Features I Designed & Built
Emergency Intake Flow
Scenario cards for surprise charges, renewal risk, and services that are hard to cancel.
AI Bill Extraction
Email, screenshot, PDF, text, or voice in — structured service, amount, date, and status out.
Cancel Path Resolver
Known service routes cut the search when the user is already under pressure.
Refund Script Builder
Polite, specific, evidence-ready messages — amount, date, and intent pre-filled.
Proof File & Reminder Loop
Confirmation numbers, screenshots, support threads, and renewal reminders, all in one file.
7Design & Development Process
The redesign started with the monetizable job — get a user out of a charge right now. From there I mapped events, rebuilt the landing hierarchy, packaged the Emergency Kit, and wired analytics so every design decision ties back to a conversion signal.

What I Learned
Commercial design is product strategy in interface form. The biggest win wasn't a prettier UI — it was stitching brand, price, trust, analytics, and the exact next action a stressed user needs into one system. Pretty is easy. Wiring it to a number is the job.
